After a successful application, you will be asked to pay a deposit, which is non-refundable. (Unless otherwise stated). You will be asked to pay your final payment wherever applicable which once paid is also non-refundable. Decision of the project organizer to be held final.
If for any reason you wish to subsequently cancel your course after your part or full fees (i.e. deposit plus balance or Installments) have been paid, Atheneum Global cannot provide any refund except for exceptional circumstances. The course organizer's decision is final. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable.
As part of our pre-screening process, applicants are requested to submit an account of their personal history and background and of their motives for joining the course, as well as their future aspirations. Inaccuracies or fraudulent claims in the application are grounds for dismissal from the course.
The course fee is based on your satisfactory completing all the course assessments within the stipulated period. If you withdraw from the moderation of your current course and wish to enter moderation on a later course, an additional moderation fee must be paid. Re-registration: If a candidate is unable to complete the course within the stipulated time and without valid notification then the registration of the candidate stands canceled. If the candidate wants to continue with the program, then he/she has to re-register by paying an additional fee of 60USD or 3000 INR as applicable & will be eligible to get a 3 months’ grace period.
All course members are liable to the disciplinary regulations of the centre. The course director's decision is final and dismissal from the course is not grounds for a refund.
Atheneum Global offers discounts, scholarships, and many such promotional offers through its marketing and sales division. However, these offers appear from time to time and are only valid up to a certain period. A student joining on a later date cannot claim the offer. All payments are taken in name of Atheneum Global.
Atheneum Global understands that our courses and online learning platform aren't perfect. Mistakes sometimes happen and we promise to do our best to fix any situation within reason. WE DO HONOR REQUESTS FOR REFUND WHERE THE FOLLOWING REASONS APPLY
- The customer mistakenly placed double or duplicate order.
- The online learning software does not perform a specific feature that is not described in our marketing material or academic documentation.
- After purchase, the course is not available
- If a defect is found in our course materials/distance education materials and our academic support staff cannot provide a fix or work-around within 14 business days
- Non-delivery of the product or service: such as, for example, due to some mailing issues you do not receive
